Anyone of any age can train to gain insight into themselves and learn better conflict management skills. (Our\u00a0<\/span>platform is regularly updated, to provide new interesting aspects to our virtual training game.) A Br\u0101v One must be\u00a0<\/span>at least 14 years old to get certified and help settle conflicts. (Generally, 14 \u2013 21 years of olds can settle conflicts for\u00a0<\/span>parties up to 21 years of age, and 21 years and up can settle conflicts for adults).<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

No party can know, have met or have any affiliation at all with the Br\u0101v One helping work out their particular issue(s).\u00a0<\/span>That is to ensure their compromisor will remain unbias when hearing the sides of all parties. Br\u0101v takes privacy very seriously. Br\u0101v Ones are trained and selected to enter the database upon a swearing in on\u00a0<\/span>this privacy. Any Br\u0101v One that violates this policy is immediately taken from the database.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Parties can wear anything so long as it is acceptable and not offensive to the other parties and the Br\u0101v One.<\/span>The Br\u0101v One, however, must wear a Br\u0101v shirt to ensure distinction as the compromisor. Ensuring that all parties attend a session is the sole responsibility of the party who scheduled the Br\u0101v session. Br\u0101v\u00a0<\/span>can facilitate this process at an additional cost. You should also encourage your environment (peers, colleagues,\u00a0<\/span>etc) and local authority figures (principal, dean, parent, employer), to encourage Br\u0101v sessions. Contact Br\u0101v; we can\u00a0<\/span>help bring incentives (likelihood of getting punished, Br\u0101v as lesser of punishments, etc) to bring unwilling parties\u00a0<\/span>to a session.
